Thule Allax Double Dog Crate All-in-One Bundle

Thule Allax Double Dog Crate All-in-One Bundle

The Thule Allax Double All-in-One Bundle brings together a crash-tested dog crate for two dogs, a non-slip protective mat, a bumper protector and practical storage accessories for car travel. Designed to help keep dogs secure and travel essentials organised, this comprehensive bundle is suitable for two dogs, one larger dog or dogs of different sizes thanks to the adjustable divider.

Crash-tested dog crate for two dogs

The Thule Allax Double is designed to help protect dogs and vehicle occupants during car journeys. It has been crash-tested at the Thule Test Center and is TÜV SÜD certified. Its innovative crumple zone provides an additional 11–17 cm of space at the rear of the crate and helps absorb impact forces in a rear-end collision.

The removable divider allows the crate to accommodate two dogs separately or one larger dog when the divider is removed. It can also be positioned at an angle to provide more room for one dog than the other, making the crate a flexible solution for dogs of different sizes.

Two independently opening doors make it easier to access each dog, while gas-assisted door mechanisms allow smooth opening and closing. Integrated locks add security during travel. The adjustable depth helps the crate fit different vehicle boot spaces, while its rounded edges and secure fit are designed for everyday use.

Ventilation openings allow air to circulate and help you keep an eye on your dogs. An escape hatch provides access from the rear-seat side of the crate when the boot opening is not accessible.

Dog crate sizes and dimensions

Choose the size based on your dogs’ height, the available boot space and whether the crate will be used for one or two dogs.

These height recommendations are guidelines. Beagles and Cocker Spaniels may suit Double S, while Border Collies and Australian Cattle Dogs may suit Double M or M Compact. Labrador Retrievers and Dalmatians may fit the larger size, depending on their individual build.

Your dog should have enough room to sit, stand, turn around and lie down naturally. When transporting two dogs, consider both dogs’ measurements and the space available on each side of the divider.

How to measure your dog and vehicle

1. Measure your dog’s height at the withers: measure from the floor to the highest point of the shoulder blades.

2. Measure the boot depth: measure from the back of the rear seats to the end of the boot floor. In hatchback and SUV vehicles, also check where the tailgate begins to curve inward.

3. Measure the boot height: measure from the boot floor to the lowest point of the tailgate or roof that could restrict the crate.

4. Check the tailgate threshold: Thule Allax crates are suitable for vehicles with a tailgate threshold no higher than 40 mm.

The adjustable depth helps with fitting, but always check the dimensions and shape of your vehicle’s boot before ordering. If you plan to transport two dogs, make sure there is sufficient room for both dogs and the divider.

Non-slip Thule protective mat

The included Thule silicone protective mat provides a grippy surface inside the crate, helping reduce paw slippage when your dog moves or changes position. Its insulating material helps make the travel surface more comfortable and reduces contact with the cold boot floor.

Pre-marked cutting guides on the underside make it easier to trim the mat to fit the crate. Simply cut it to size with scissors.

Available mat sizes:

• Standard: 80 × 48.3 cm; weight 0.9 kg
• Wide: 110 × 58.3 cm; weight 1.4 kg
• Double: 79.5 × 83 cm; weight 1.8 kg

Thule Wide bumper protector

The Thule Wide Bumper Protector helps protect your vehicle’s bumper from scratches and claw marks as your dog gets in and out of the car. Durable, water-resistant materials and plastic reinforcements help keep it in place. Attachment loops allow it to be secured to the crate’s carrying handles.

When not in use, the protector folds away for convenient storage. It can also be used as a sunshade.

• Dimensions: 90 × 75 cm
• Weight: 1.6 kg
• Materials: PET and PP

Storage for your dog’s travel essentials

The Thule Allax Storage Bag helps keep your dog’s travel accessories organised. It attaches to the crate and offers space for essentials such as poop bags, treats and other small items. An external mesh pocket keeps frequently used accessories within easy reach.

The storage bag can also be used separately, with its carry handle making it easy to transport.

• Dimensions: 36 × 11 cm
• Weight: 0.4 kg

Keep leads and collars within easy reach

The included Thule Dog Crate Leash Hooks provide a convenient place to hang your dog’s lead and collar. The supplied adapter allows the hooks to be attached at different positions along the side of a compatible crate.

• Includes 2 leash hooks
• Adapter included for attachment
